Bagels, from what I can discern, are pretty time-consuming delectables to assemble. That and, and the fact that there is baking involved, has kept me from ever attempting to concoct these round and chewy marvels. I freakin’ love bagels. Thank goodness for JC’s Bagels in Burlington – they’re churning out fresh bagels daily, house made and yes, really really good. Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, they’re the best bagels outside of St. Urbain. Buy them in bulk or get it toasted or even in a sandwich (fresh, house chopped veggies included). Top marks to JC’s.
